Refund Policy

At panoramictv.co, we strive to provide our customers with the best IPTV experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • The refund policy applies only to the initial subscription fee and does not cover any subsequent renewal periods.
  • Refunds are only applicable for subscriptions that have not been accessed or used during the refund eligibility period.
  • In the event that the subscription does not work properly, and after attempting to resolve issues, if we are unable to find a solution and the subscription still does not work well, in this case, we will refund your money completely within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will not be provided for any subscription that has been accessed or used, even if within the 7-day refund eligibility period, unless the subscription is not working properly as outlined in Section 1.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any technical issues related to the user’s internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party applications.

3. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at info@panoramictv.co within the 7-day refund eligibility period.
  • Provide your full nameemail address, and the subscription details for which you are requesting a refund, along with a description of the issues you encountered with the subscription.
  • Our customer support team will review your refund request and work with you to resolve any issues. If a solution cannot be found and the subscription still does not work properly, we will process the full refund within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original subscription purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

5. Subscription Cancellation:

  • Requesting a refund within the 7-day eligibility period will also result in the cancellation of your IPTV subscription.
  • To continue using our IPTV services after receiving a refund, you will need to resubscribe.

Please note that panoramictv.co reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
